KHALEEL MUHAMMAD
Artist, writer and designer
Khaleel is one of the most established artists in the nasheed industry, whose soulful voice and dynamic stage performances have made him an internationally known performer.
With appearances in Germany, Sweden, Canada, Brussels, the USA, South Africa, France and Malaysia, Khaleel has produced four videos, three albums: 'Heaven’, ‘Dhikr of Life' and 'The Adventures of Hakim:2’. Khaleel is also the author of the children's book 'Muslim All-Stars'.
He has appeared in several television shows, adverts and the 2015 Disney feature film 'Cinderella’. He is also a television presenter for IQRAA TV, the 'One to One' show and 'Khaleel's Make & Do’ show on British Muslim TV.
Khaleel is the radio presenter of the double award-winning 'Kids Round Show' on Inspire 105.1 FM.
More recently, Khaleel has provided illustrations for children's books: 'Allah's Noble Messengers’ by S.J.Sear, 'Adams Adventures' by Mariah Derissy, ’Benza’ by Ali Afarai and his own 'Muslim Family Colouring Book'. He is currently working on a new single and music video ‘Praying’.
ZARQA HALING

Zarqa Haling (Mini) is an experienced primary school teacher who is very passionate about her profession. Working in schools for the last ten years in upper KS2 Year 5 and 6, Zarqa's vast knowledge and creativity is evident throughout and brings to bare her knowledge in the various teaching styles to accommodate numerous learning abilities. A key aspect of her valued input is the inclusion of explanations for many of the pages in this volume.
SOBIA RANA
Workshop co-ordinator
Sobia Rana works as a fundraising and marketing assistant in Nottingham and is greatly motivated to improving children's mental health while making the core tenants of Islam fun and engaging. Her key role has been to introduce the MFCB via various workshops and events with creative and captivating activity sheets.
